At the southern end of Hurghada, just before the checkpoint towards Safaga, the Sky Star Villas Compound has been built high up on the hillside. This is where our Sky Star Villa 25 is located, undoubtedly our most ambitious holiday project. Here, in the Sky Star Compound, but also throughout Hurghada, we have set new standards with our luxurious facilities!
The fantastic view ‘above the rooftops of Hurghada’ of the Red Sea to the east, the city to the north and the mountains of the Arabian Desert to the west illustrates the diversity of your holiday with us!
The large living area leaves nothing to be desired!
The detached villa consists of two floors, each measuring approximately 90 square metres. It is individually furnished with stylish, custom-made furniture and comfortably equipped. The luxurious tiled floor (grey high-gloss tiles) and the matching grey and white furnishings create a fantastic overall look that makes you feel at home in a modern ambience. The two floors are connected by a large staircase made of black marble.
A spacious living room awaits you on the ground floor. The large sofa area invites you to relax after an eventful day in Hurghada. The attractive wall unit consists of high-gloss lacquered wall units. We provide you with numerous board games to ensure you have a good time. A 55-inch flat-screen TV, in combination with the satellite TV system and high-quality Blu-ray player, also allows for an exciting movie night. Free WiFi is also available in the apartment (12 GB of data per day of your stay are free of charge).
We have deliberately designed the dining area to be particularly luxurious: the large table offers plenty of space for dining. With a width of one metre, there is also plenty of room to arrange all your food and drinks attractively between the place settings.
The luxurious fitted kitchen in a dark grey high-gloss design offers everything your heart desires for preparing meals! High-quality built-in appliances (e.g. oven, microwave, etc.) allow for a wide variety of culinary creations. Cooking is done on a ceramic hob with an extra-strong extractor fan, so that food odours hardly stand a chance in the villa.
The ingredients can be prepared on the particularly elegant and durable marble worktop. We have also installed a water filter for washing vegetables and/or fruit, which treats the tap water for this purpose. A water dispenser is also available for drinking, which can dispense water at room temperature, chilled water and even hot water – with a child safety lock.
The large refrigerator offers plenty of space for food and drinks and, in addition to another water dispenser, also has a large freezer compartment with an ice cube maker. If you don't want to use the large sink for washing up, there is a dishwasher available. Save time for more relaxation!
Many other appliances are also available in the kitchen, including a European filter coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and much more. There is also a bathroom with a washing machine on the ground floor – a facility that should make packing much easier for you.
Spacious rooms for ultimate sleeping comfort
The grand marble staircase leads up to the upper floor, where two large bedrooms are available for guests. You can choose whether you would like the rooms to be prepared with double or single beds. We will ask you about this in good time prior to your arrival. Please refrain from moving furniture yourself during your stay (see also house rules). Spacious wardrobes are available for your clothes. Valuables can be locked away in a safe. In addition, each of the two bedrooms can be locked separately.
Both rooms have direct access to the generous balcony with magnificent views over the gardens and two pools.
The master bedroom is also directly connected to one of the two bathrooms on the floor. Both bathrooms are comfortably furnished: they feature marble washbasins and rain showers with frosted glass cabins. A third room on the floor is part of our private area and is locked.
For your comfort, all rooms have windows that can be opened for ventilation. In addition, powerful air conditioning units are installed in the bedrooms and living rooms, which can be adjusted individually. In winter, these air conditioners even have a heating function, should it ever get too cold in Egypt.
Relaxing in your own garden
A well-kept lawn in the middle of the desert can be found in the villa's own garden, which invites you to sit and relax. Next to the large window front of the living room on the ground floor you will find the big terrace, where you can enjoy meals outdoors. How about a cosy breakfast under palm trees in the pleasantly warm morning sun?
The lawn at the back of the villa also leads to the communal area, which features two pools in the immediate vicinity of the house. There are plenty of sun loungers available here for you to sunbathe right by the water.

Arrival
On your arrival day, Sky Star Villa 25 will be available from 3:30 p.m. as standard. Please arrange an exact time for the key handover with us at least two days prior to your arrival.
If you are using our shuttle service from the airport, we will need your airline, flight number and scheduled landing time. In this case, you will meet our guest relations manager at the airport. Otherwise, he will be waiting for you at the resort entrance in the security office.
Our employee will accompany you to the villa, give you a briefing and be available to answer any questions you may have.
If you have not already provided us with the required deposit of EUR 250.00 by bank transfer or credit card reservation, we ask you to provide him with the amount in cash at check-in (alternatively, the same value in USD or LE). The deposit serves as security for any damage or defects that may occur within your area of responsibility. If everything is in order when you return your keys before departure, your full deposit will be refunded in the same manner.
For questions during your stay and valuable tips, we have a tablet PC and a welcome folder available for you in the villa. Your guest relations manager on site will also be happy to take care of your concerns.
House rules
Please note our house rules. These, together with our general terms and conditions, are binding for you and your fellow travellers upon booking.
It is particularly important to us that everyone interacts respectfully with all residents in accordance with the cultural customs of the country and that nature is treated responsibly. We have taken all possible measures to ensure this at Villa 25. We do not provide single-use plastics and ask you to be sustainable with resources for the sake of the environment. Please do not leave the air conditioning running when you leave the rooms and dispose of your rubbish only in the bins provided.
We kindly ask you to note that smoking is strictly prohibited in Villa 25. Please only use the outdoor areas for this purpose and ensure that smoke does not enter the house at no time.
In addition, due to the installed irrigation systems and to protect the lawn, it is not permitted to use the lawns of the villa for sunbathing. Private and public sun loungers are available for this purpose in the pool area.
Included services
We want you to have as little to worry about as possible during your vacation so that you can focus on relaxing. We have made provisions for this and offer a range of inclusive services at our accommodations.
Tap water in Egypt is not safe to drink and is also not suitable for everyday tasks such as brushing your teeth. We provide you with a water dispenser with drinking water. Because drinking is especially important in hot Egypt! If the initial supply of water runs out, you can get a replacement at the supermarket at the compound entrance.
We have installed a water filter for washing food and cooking, which you can use to wash things like salad or fruit directly in the sink without having to get water from the dispenser. We have also equipped the kitchen with common spices, salt, pepper and sugar.
In addition, a starter supply of toilet paper, washing-up liquid, detergent and cleaning products for cleaning the villa during your stay will be provided upon your arrival. If you do not wish to clean the villa during your stay, apart from the final cleaning which we carry out anyway, we recommend our cleaning service, which you can conveniently book together with your stay.

Shopping service:
Would you like to arrive at your holiday home and find the fridge stocked? Our local service partner will deliver your desired goods directly to the villa, right on time for your arrival.
You can send us your shopping list via e-mail. Our service partner will endeavour to obtain all the products on the list. Please limit your order to food and beverages as well as other everyday household products.
For the shopping service, our partner charges a service fee of EUR 10.00 for purchases up to the equivalent of EUR 50.00, and 20% of the value of goods above that amount. Payment for the goods is made in cash upon delivery. The service can be booked via our online booking form.
For shopping during your stay, we recommend the small supermarket in the entrance area of the Sky Star Compound. Alternatively, if you wish, our shopping service can also be provided during your stay.
Cleaning services:
We can also take care of cleaning the villa during your stay. For just EUR 40.00 (entire villa), you can book our cleaning team for in-between cleaning as well. Furthermore, you can have your bed linen and towels changed for EUR 24.00. If you would like to book both services together on the same day, we offer this for a total of EUR 55.00.
Appointments for cleaning and/or linen changes are made in consultation with our guest relations manager. If possible, please book these additional services prior to the start of your trip by using our online booking form or give us sufficient advance notice during your stay.
Hotel meal services:
The Sky Star Hotel at the main gate to the compound also features a restaurant and several bars.
In addition to its à la carte menu, the restaurant also offers a daily hotel breakfast. So if you don't feel like having breakfast in the villa, you are welcome there.
You can relax and enjoy delicious drinks in the bars. The "Sky Rooftop Bar" on the roof of the hotel is particularly recommended. From here, you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the entire compound and the city of Hurghada.
Shuttle service:
The Sky Star Hotel offers a regular shuttle bus service to various locations in Hurghada and even to El Gouna. You can find out about current prices and departure times at the hotel reception.
Activities and excursions:
We would be happy to put together a personalised package for you with activities and excursions in Hurghada and far beyond. Please refer to "Hurghada and more" for more information and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Departure
Please vacate Sky Star Villa 25 by 12 noon on your departure day. You will meet our staff again to hand over the keys. If you wish to leave earlier, please let us know. Please allow sufficient time for us to complete the handover report. If you have booked our shuttle service, it will take you to the airport afterwards.
Please schedule at least two, preferably three hours for your airport check-in, as Hurghada Airport usually places great emphasis on security and conducts numerous checks. Especially during peak times and on major travel days (especially Thursdays and Saturdays), there may be some delays during check-in!

Sky Star Villa 25 is located in the first construction phase of the SKY STAR VILLAS COMPOUND in the immediate vicinity of the checkpoint at the exit of Hurghada in the direction of Safaga. The exclusive resort is used by an upscale international clientele: the owners of the attractive villas come from all over the world, e.g. from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Sweden, Great Britain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and many other nations.
The family-friendly complex offers a high recreational value for all generations, away from the city’s package tourism. Here, everyone can, entirely according to their own preference, either become part of the community or enjoy peace and seclusion. Your own garden is just as inviting for lingering as the spacious communal grounds with several swimming pools and well-maintained green areas, or the newly built Sky Star Hotel with its facilities, above all the exclusive rooftop bar on the hotel roof.
The paved paths within the complex carry only little vehicle traffic and therefore also provide a good infrastructure for walks with wide views over Hurghada, the Red Sea, or as far as the mountains of the Arabian Desert. In the small but fine villa village away from the city, you pass by a total of eight well-kept pool areas, all of which are freely available for use by the residents and guests of the compound.
For sports enthusiasts, activities such as inline skating, skateboarding, and hoverboarding are also easily possible here.
The resort’s own security staff additionally ensure the necessary safety and comprehensive service for all guests: the protected and fenced compound may only be entered by authorized persons such as owners, residents, workers, and registered guests. Should there unexpectedly be a problem after all, the security staff are at your disposal day and night.

Is your flight leaving early in the morning so that you need to travel the day before? Or are you returning so late that traveling home no longer makes sense? No problem. Numerous hotels near the airport offer attractive deals in this case: many offer the option of leaving your car in the hotel parking garage during your trip. After an overnight stay at the hotel, some also offer a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. Airport transfer in Hurghada
Upon request, we can arrange an individual shuttle service for your transfer to or from the airport. You can add this when booking your accommodation here on the website for a price of only EUR 36.00. The service includes a personal pick-up at the airport with a name sign as well as transport from there to the villa. On the day of departure, you will be picked up in good time and taken back to the airport.
Alternatively, only the pick-up from Hurghada Airport (arrival trip) or only the return trip to Hurghada Airport (departure trip) can be booked for EUR 20.00 each.
If you do not wish to use our individual service, you can of course also take one of the many taxis in front of the arrivals terminal or have one ordered to the villa (see also Local Transportation).
Book a rental car
Do you want to be mobile in Hurghada yourself? For this you need an International Driving Permit and a bit of nerve! Traffic on Hurghada’s roads is challenging, but it’s not rocket science either.
If you are looking for a rental car for the duration of your stay, we recommend booking it from home in advance. The regulations—especially with regard to vehicle insurance—cannot be compared with the usual procedures in Europe. That’s why the rule always is: be sure to read the fine print, too!

Local Transportation
If you don’t feel confident driving in Hurghada yourself or only want to get around from time to time, there are various options:
Sky Star Hotel shuttle service:
As already mentioned, the Sky Star Hotel offers a regular shuttle bus service to various places in Hurghada and even to El Gouna. You can ask at the hotel reception for current prices and departure times.
Taxis:
In and around Hurghada there are numerous taxi companies offering their services. The best known among them is certainly ABC Taxi (orange and dark-blue cars). Especially due to the proximity to Senzo Mall, taxis are available practically in no time. Useful phone numbers can be found in the welcome folder in our Sky Star Villa.
Uber:
The convenient Uber service also works excellently in Hurghada. So if you register for the service and download the app, you can also order your ride via smartphone.
Public transportation:
Locals travel on the many minibuses, which run on fixed routes but do not stop at designated stops. You can simply flag these buses down with a hand signal along the route. Riding the local minibuses is certainly the cheapest way to get from A to B in Hurghada—however, due to the fairly high passenger volume, it is not necessarily the most comfortable.
